Founder, Vici Investments
Rory Byrnes founded Vici Investments to do development work the way he thinks it should be done: small enough to move quickly, experienced enough to underwrite honestly.
He brings nearly two decades of full lifecycle real estate experience spanning acquisitions, entitlement, development execution, financing, construction, and operations, across multifamily, industrial, mixed use, and residential assets.
Between 2015 and 2021 he acquired and delivered three consecutive residential development projects in Northwest Washington, D.C. Before founding Vici, he held development roles at Rushmark Properties and worked on urban infill projects in Washington, D.C.
Rory relocated to Charlotte in 2024 after more than ten years in Washington, D.C., and now invests and develops throughout the Carolinas.
