Rory Byrnes, Principal
Rory Byrnes is the Principal and Founder of Vici Investments. He manages all aspects of the development process including acquisitions, financing, entitlement, design, construction, marketing, sales, and operations.
Rory was previously a development manager at CAS Riegler Companies and spent 5 years in commercial real estate at Cassidy & Pinkard and Lincoln Property Company where he worked in various roles including investment sales, leasing, and property management.
Rory has a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Real Estate Development from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is a Washington D.C. native and was raised in McLean, Virginia. Rory is a licensed general contractor in DC and a licensed real estate agent in Virginia.
